Reading-Vale yet to resume

Reading 0-0 Port Vale
It is now an hour since fans invaded the pitch at the Select Car Leasing Stadium.
Unhappy Reading fans remain on the pitch as they continue their protest against owner Dai Yongge, despite the numerous calls for them to leave the playing area.
It is impossible to see how this match can be continued, as things stand.

What that Dai Yongge fella have bought upon that club is awful. And to think the FA endorsed him as “fit and proper”.

Has been abandoned now

EFL test, and it needs tightening up to ensure owners have the money to reasonably ensure club can run : might even have to ensure that say 3 months of running costs (incl wages) are held in escrow or backed by an insurance bond. And powers to force owners who become unfit to sell - but that is where it become tricky to define where the line is that forces a sale, and whether that would be upheld in a court of law.

And probably an annual review of the club's financial forecast forward for say 3 years.

If this is to be involved with us, I imagine it's more likely that Lo Celso needs surgery and Devine will cover for him as opposed to Hojbjerg being sold right now.

Though if that is the case, it may mean Donley gets loans out to a Championship squad instead.

Interesting, wonder why
Wait, what? He was doing well wasn't he?
Exactly, and he's our player, so maybe it's time WE get to benefit from him!!

My hunch is that maybe Donley is going out on loan now, and seeing as Devine is that much further into his development, it warrants giving him a go in the 1st team squad...

I don't think it indicates Hoijberg or Skipp necessarily leaving, as that's not really his position...

If anything, he's probably the nearest thing we have to Maddison in the Youth setup, so perhaps it's an indication that he'll be Madders likely understudy, when needed.

Either that, or Lo Celso is more injured than even WE thought possible?
