Technically yes I agree, but he does need a couple of days rest mentally/emotionally and physically, it was a gruesome schedule.
Knowing what Sonny is like he will want to play no doubt, whether that is starting but not full 90mins or coming on as a sub with with 30 mins is probably the happy medium.

This is why he's not world class. Elite player but falls short of being one of the best because he doesn't consistently do it enough when the stakes are high and can go anonymous, just like Kane.
It says more about the squad than him. How about asking Messi to play in the SK squad and see if he could win the tournament.
