Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

From last year watching Forest and Palace I was much more excited about Brennan. I do not think he has shown everything he has at Spurs but I think he was a better player last season than Olise. Especially since 3 of Olise assists came from set pieces.
Johnson is a ghostly passenger, Olise is always showing for the ball. There’s no comparison.

Tottenham are considering a £50m move for Bournemouth's 26-year-old English striker Dominic Solanke. (Sun)

for that kind of money, they should be going after Awoniyi...better striker and better ball player..

Much better off chucking that kind of money towards signing Olise...

Fuck signing Solanke for £50m just because he's had a purple patch of form ffs

So it's looking very likely we have "only" signed a backup winger on loan and a backup CB for a fairly reasonable sum.

If you isolate that from the fact everyone else is broke as fuck and can't seem to keep the lights on, is it actually a good window? Even for January?

I guess we'll find our as the likes of Sarr, Bissouma and Son come back in February. With a full squad and no cup games, we have an opportunity to try to establish who our absolute best 11 are and if they are good enough.

In some ways, adding a few more would be muddying the water for now. We've seen how adding tonnes of players at Forest and Chelsea just completely confused them both.
As it stands right now , I 'd give this window 2 or 3 out of 10. Timo we won't be signing. We signed a CB that we were supposed to sign in the summer. Even with that we moved so painfully slow probably because we we wanted to pay the 30m over 50 years, that we let Bayern into the mix and take the deal away from us.

What a load of cobblers

Not sure I believe we are even in the mix for this kid. Seems more like Barca using our name to hype up the signing

If we are even in the mix it's because Barca are too skint to pull it off and we are right there waiting for a last minute sneak attack.
More like his agents flagging he's got alternatives other than Barca. Yesterday was the classic secret meeting being filmed trick, all points to them trying to not get fucked by Barca (who has fucked pretty much every player that's both at the Club or has signed recently be that perm or on loan in the last few years).

Very harsh rating. We got our business done early that at least deserves a 5 or 6. You cannot judge a window on the previous window. We needed a CB and Forward and we got a CB and we got a Forward who we can sign if he turns out to be good.
