Conte would still be playing Dier, any way he has gone now move on and embrace the new Era! :ange-arms:

To actually counter your post, I don't think the defence has changed that much, it's more about the philosophy and the coaching, the difference is that Ange is getting these guys to play on the front foot and getting them to attack as opposed to marking space and sitting in their own box.

Also we now press better as a team and a unit which helps the defence, under Conte and Jose we were giving up chances because of the lack of press from the front.

I don't have a problem with any nuanced opinions but there are pages of repetitive 'Kulu/Richie/whoever is shit'. People shouldn't dish it out if they can't take it.

Great goal, room for improvement but it's amazing how well it's going in just 3 games across the whole team.
