Barca mugs, tried to be cute playing their first 11 and now they have one of them injured and are being schooled by the reserves of a team that finished 8th

A few observations.

Bissouma has been best player on the pitch.
Skipps two goals are the kind that richarlison should be getting but he's barely involved.

Peri continues to ooze quality.

Apart from Shakey first 20, that backline has been pretty solid

Lo celso been good again
Solomon not providing much

The ref is criminal

I think this will be Son's last season with us unfortunately, so much of his game relies on his lightning acceleration and he seems to have lost a yard of pace, if he can't open up and make space for himself he's gonna struggle to impact games for us in the PL. Hopefully Solomon continues to flourish when we get going in competitive games.
Cheeky double Bayern bid this time next season for the pair of them...?
:kanehand: :sonhmm:

Richalison's runs have literally opened up the space for both goals

Really hard for me to see any role for Porro or Dier this year. Porro can maybe become something, though I suspect he’ll go down as a serious error in judgment, where Levy was desperate to convince Conte to stay long past the point where it was clear that he was leaving and that we’d be better for it.

Dier still drags an invisible piano around the pitch, and he totally lacks recovery speed and positional awareness, both of which are absolutely necessary for the high line we will be playing under Ange.
