I do wonder why Conte sticks to a system that relies heavily on having two quality fullbacks on the pitch at all times when we only have shit fullbacks.

Oh well.

I think maybe he feels it's better to use his trusted system with shit players than a system he doesn't trust with the same shit players.

Either way not sure where are these quality WB's going to come from because there isn't an exhaustive list of them in our price range.

And we need at least 2 probably 3 of them.
 
This season is a write off. We know it. Conte knows it.

All about next season now and he is tanking so we shift out the dross in the summer and replace with quality, while making sure we don't have to worry about Europe spoiling our march to the title.

Tony is playing 3D chess while you're complaining about a game on a single board.

I recommend you all sell all the valuables your significant other owns and chucking the proceeds on us winning the title next season.

Can buy them better stuff with the easy money you'll get when we're champions!

I don’t even think there are that many out there, period. But yes, the ones who are, are certainly not in our price range or meet the age criteria that Levy will require.

Our best bet is probably to buy a right mid or a right winger with a high work rate and try to convert them into a wing back. As long as they can press and cross then they’ll do a better job than the dross we currently have.

I genuinely think Traore would have worked well in that position, but we all know what happened there.

Reguilòn has his flaws but he’s heads and shoulders above the rest of our options at wing back, so he stays. But Doherty, Emerson and based off today’s performance, Sessegnon need to be moved on.

Whichever way you look at it though, it’s pretty grim.
 
I don’t blame him if he walks. Pointless him being here when Levy is in charge. What was the fucking point in appointing a manager who plays a fixed system when you’re not prepared to invest in the players that’ll make that system work?

Square pegs, round holes. Same shit, different day.

Klopp also lost his 14th league game in charge 1-0, at home to Man United, in a season they’d finish 8th and lose the EL final to miss out on the CL. Here were their players in that game:

Klopp kept the faith with Liverpool and Liverpool kept the faith with Klopp. So it must be with us and Conte, which of course means BIG spending and the RIGHT spending.
