The CM's pressing forward with the wingers drifting back to the flanks was nifty tactics and it seemed to have City a bit uncomfortable while providing opportunities to get out once we had possession.

Conte gets it. Don't need to give the media the fuel for their frenzy. Focus on the positives till you can get rid of the losers.
The overall level of technical quality in the squad is still not where it needs to be, but bar Winks we've really binned off the wasters in the squad. I can imagine the cohesion is better than it's been in awhile.
