It is time

If he continues the glimpses of form he has shown in the last few games and helps drag us to our first trophy in over a decade that is such a cinderella story that I am unsure if I will be able to control myself.

To win matches you need to score more goals than the opposition. We cannot keep relying on Kane and Son to score them all and Bale is much more likely to score than the other options in that position. Work rate is important but is not enough if you do not score as Bergwijn is failing to do. Play him.

If we give Bale playing time, from here on out, I would bet that Bale's goal contributions will be similar if not higher than Kane and/or Son.

I will be absolutely delighted if he proves me wrong, as I felt his signing was a bit of a PR exercise. However, Jose has to give him playing time, to see if he can give us some of those magical moments in the PL. It's not exactly rocket science, is it!
