The installation of roof cassettes is increasing and I'd guess from the video that about 10% has been installed. Need to get a spurt on to install the same % (or not much less) each and every week for the next 10 weeks if the test events are in early August , and after the cassettes they need to put in the bits to fill the gaps between cassettes and then the electrics for lighting, loudspeakers and other bits.

Is that possible?

I can’t see it being ready before September, but I also have no idea what they need to have fully completed for the test event.

I think its possible - provided they (say) double the installation workforce.

The question is really whether they can and will increase the installation work force.

I don't fully understand what is required for the test event but (1) A roof is a requirement for the stadium operating licence as I understand it so if that is the case the roof should be complete for the rest event (2) More importantly, a half complete roof is almost by definition unstable - its secure when all the pieces are in place as they are mutually supportive - so not sure a part complete roof is suitable for a test event

Well they are advertising now for immediate start vacancies. Question is if they can find people of a suitable calibre.

All the good construction industry people I know are flat out at the moment.

Think they need to find a way to appeal outside the construction industry to find people used to going up ropes, whether arborists (tree experts so used to operating on ropes up trees) or people who like abseiling etc - doubt if the construction skills are that complicated its the operating at heights and off ropes which is the specialist skill they need

Hahaha, people think they are going to charge reasonable prices for pints....... presume the same people who thought the season tickets were going to be reasonable because there were more of them.

Levy will charge a fucking fortune, and we'll pay it
