We've been pretty fucking clinical in the CL this year. I'm sure someone could find the stats to back it up.

But that home game against Dortmund particularly. We played on the counter and took the points with minimum attempts. You cant play that way if you're not considered "clinical".

Also GF (goals for) in the league last few seasons:

2016-2017 - 86 (Highest in the league)
2015-2016 - 69 (2nd highest in the league)
2014-2015 - 58 (5th in the league)

Sometimes we are not clinical enough, don’t take our chances.
There were games last year in the CL and league where we failed to do so and it cost us.
Yet it’s football.
Goalkeepers can save shots also.

It would be more of a problem if we were only creating one or two chances per game.
As long as we create chances, we will score.
Every player is capable of missing.
I think we have been more clinical this season.

Some have to realise what Dele Alli is. Where was he not long ago? Tell me another player who has come from league one and been that good in such a short time, in the PL.
He’s still learning ffs.
Yet he still has scored many goals and missed many chances.
Not a problem for me as he can only get bettter.

We finished first or second in several categories last season, the anomaly being chance conversion where we were listed as 8th. My point is vindicated.

Fairly pointless stat, unless you are specifically going to relate that stat as an accumulative of every missed/saved shot from the specific match's in which we didn't take 3 points, which of corse you are not doing. (I.e what if the chances not converted happened in the games that we won).
