He could probably start in their midfield. Plus he's a lifelong Barcelona fan.
Not everyone has the same kind of commitment to their boyhood club. If they did, Alli would be playing for Liverpool.Lifelong Barca fan that joined Madrid
If I was already earning a ton and Woolwich told me they pay me 30K more than someone else I'd still tell them to get fucked

Extremely vital for Palace this season and now he is showing it for Ireland too. Would really like him in the summer.
If you're willing to play for your boyhood clubs rival, the club never meant that much to you in the first place IMO

It depends, though. A lot of players grew up supporting a different club, but a rival offered them a chance so they took it. Kane (Spurs fan) with Woolwich*, Carragher (Everton fan) with Liverpool, Raul (Atleti fan) with Real Madrid...you can hate your rival team all you want, but if the rival team is offering the chance to make millions of dollars and your hometown team is offering you dick, then I think we'd all take the rival team all day long.If you're willing to play for your boyhood clubs rival, the club never meant that much to you in the first place IMO
