Avoid 6 pints of cider followed by 2 x Balti pies if you have a 3.5 hour coach journey home - managed to hold on until 15 minutes from home then scuttled to the loo on the coach followed by the inevitable eruption/explosion. Had a really bad one after consuming several ciders and a Balti the night before in the Elbow Room.
