A good article with a message I agree with. One small quibble is that it makes it sound as though fan expectation only arose during the redknapp era but we've been a ''next big thing" type club for a decade or so now. Think a lot of the complaints are through frustrated hopes as much as disappointed egos, if that makes sense.
