Ha, I live in Charlotte. Nice to see some North Carolina representation around here! I went years without ever seeing a Spurs supporter, until one day a couple guys spotted my Spurs hat and stopped for a chat. They told me about a bar where Spurs supporters gather (too crowded for me, though - and diverse, as in Woolwich fans are also there) and I've learned there is an official NC Spurs organization. I do think the PL and the sport in general is gaining popularity here. The World Cup should provide another shot in the arm.
