They are bad leaders because they are toxic and shitty players.

Banning them sends the message that this club won’t tolerate mediocrity, you are here to perform and if you are not up to standards, there’s the fucking door.

Oh yes, lots of 'winning clubs' have banned their last club captain from the club the moment he became surplus to requirements haven't they? Would you like to name all of your examples for us?

Winning clubs don’t have losers as captains to begin with, since they’re winning clubs

Well honestly mate if you seriously think that banning last season's captain from our club would benefit us, and don't see the horrendous messages that would send out, then I give up, good luck to you. You're definitely not a 'bot' btw - I believe they run on logic. :)

That’s the point - we are still paying their wages would be stupid not to list them (when there is non hg spaces) in the unlikely event we are struggling to name a squad - would be surprised if either player featured in a match day squad

A captain that decided to never ever play for his club after they went 5-0 down in the first half?

I would never want to have this toxic loser as my captain, no wonder there’s stronger sense of unity and team spirit since this toxic loser has been phased out from the starting team.

Don’t know why this is getting such a reaction from some. It’s not as if we didn’t know our squad when the transfer window closed.

We’ve started the season well and even in the very early stages of Project Ange-ball, it looks very promising.
