The complexity of the issue is that Levy doesn't want to pay the comp and as always expects the other party to speak out and force a move so Levy can get them cheaper.

Conte is a great short term manager if you have an open cheque book. Spurs will not back him for more than a few windows and he will lose his shit and blow everything up like Mourinho did.
