you need organized ultras groups to run this kind of shows, German are really good in getting organized ultras working (order and taking orders...), English supporters like catchy sing along chants and don't like to be ordered by a guy with megaphone. Hard to get a ultras going like that.
When I was in my teens I was active in a local ultras group here for a club with 3K attendances and it was hard work. flags, banners, tiffo, drums...this things take time and money. If we want something like that for the new home hand you'll need a circle of at least 100 active members.
