Just come into this thread for the first time but not read the preceding 75 pages. I do think changing the Manager is now inevitable but whether it be before the end of the season or after is the only question left. I cannot vote on a new Manager as my knowledge of most of them is non existent although there are some I do not want, such as Poch. That is going backwards.
Yes attacking football is preferable but I want winning football more. We are not getting either at present. I want a Manager that wants the following
1 To win a trophy and not just Top 4
2 Is flexible in his tactics and will not just play a system many teams now know how to beat.
3 Will introduce the odd young player into the first team like Kane, Winks & Skipp were ( not with a bunch of strangers in a cup match and then not seen again)
4 Has the respect of the top players and those we want to buy

I am sure there are many more attributes needed but as none of the Managers at the top clubs will come, it will probably be a Manager currently abroad.
I am not one to call for the Manager's head early but was on board with the sackings of Poch, Mourinho & Nuno shortly before they happened. I would be very disappointed to hear Conte's contract had been extended.

Saw this on twitter, there’s flaws but I think I’m in love.

Need a manager like Enrique who will play possession football and youth. The guy called up players like Gavi and Nico Williams to Spain at 17 and 19. Gil and Porro too

Self explanatory....... Who is your #1 pick?

Reply with anyone you want that isn't on the list and I'll add them........

(Poll closes June 6th..... So no changing ya votes after the end of the season ya shit-houses!)

Matthias Jaissle at Salzburg is a coach to watch. Don’t know if he’s ready yet or if we have the personnel to implement his preferred system but he’ll manage at a higher level.
Vincent Kompany is going to manage at the highest level but he’ll be at Burnley for the foreseeable future.
