Speaking for myself, I coukd handle that if it was a complete overhaul. A DOF who rebuilds the structure and coaching staff that all follow and believe in tge same methodology. Establish how we play through every level and employ coaches that follow and believe in that, from youth to first team, same style. Follow the Ajax model.

Yeah and how do you think you get there? By backing the best possible manager to get you cups, raise the club’s prestige, attract better players & personnel, etc

The manager did that for Chelsea and look at what they achieved after him. We could get the same here, but no. Let’s sack him and continue our way!

because we don't have enough money to deliver an instant success regardless of the manager
but the most logical thing you can do is you give time for someone who have a proven track record not to some unproven trophyless manager and hope they can change it here. hoping is stupid

liverpool trust klopp because he has a proven track record and he delivers after being given enough time and money
United trust Ole because of what exactly ? they will end up trophyless for decade with him

Not calling for him to be sacked. Just saying that if he were, I would want the rebuild to be complete, top to bottom.

Jose isn't some idiot like some people here, he knows our club is financially weaker than all the clubs he has managed before therefore won't demand as much , but he still have good connection and reputation to bring quality players here, when he was at united , he brought zlatan , lukaku ,his replacement brought ighalo and an injury prone cavani

Anything else would be a bonus but the bulk of the squad needs improving during the summer and Jose could be really good for us next season so give him a chance

But they were signed so rivals couldn't sign them and develop them better. Then sold for profit.
