I think that's a harsh assessment of Dier, I don't think his mentality was an issue at all for Ange otherwise he wouldn't have seen a minute of football this season.

His issue was that he wasn't remotely suited physically to the style of football.

Fuck Augsburg. Hope the kid manages to stay fit from now on, goes to a solid Champo outfit (So'ton, Chez Carrick, Sunderland, Coventry...heck, even Leicester) and smashes it enough there to get himself back onto a PL roster, be it with us or elsewhere.

I just read that Mbappe has been a Spurs fans since childhood and then he said the best weather is in England, his favorite food is fish & chips, he loves English coffee & teas and then something about Prince Andrew....oh, never mind that.
And while waiting for all his cars to get the steering wheels installed on the left side he's bought an Oyster card, just in case...
