He was a good player, but forever in Hoddle's shadow. But I love him now - he is so Spurs!Never seen the older generation play, was the original Hazard good ? Heard a lot of people saying he was
Genuinely forgot he 'played' with us for that short while to be honestGotta be Pienaar for me.
I think Falco was a very underrated striker.he scored pretty much where ever he went.Mackay, Greaves, Big Chiv, Gazza, Bale........Greats!
But wd like to see Mark Falco up there 442 with Harry!
(Kidding!)
But if you think of them in this squad, that would mean they'd be training under Pochettino, to his standards as well. So, Greaves without the bad health habits. I'd take that.Romantic head wants most of the late 60s and early 70s team. Greaves or Gilzean with Kane? Except that even at their very best they would be so off the pace you might as well put bloke from the pub in. I think the game has changed so much, I can't think of many from my favourite Spurs era who could play in a Poch team. Steve Perryman perhaps, but he wouldn't be much of an upgrade on Dier v.2.1 (although hugely better than Mason and Bentaleb).
I am going for solving the Davies or Rose issue by drafting in a fully fit Cyril Knowles. You had to have seen him I suppose, but the bloke was awesome.
