Duncan Castles says the rumours about Kane wondering if he needs to move on to win trophies are true, although he has not yet communicated this to Levy.
Staying or not we need to get another striker in this summer just to take some of the workload of his back.I think he will stay another year. But theres no guarantee he will be the player he was.
Sooooooo much to disagree with and some are facts....oh wellThis isn’t the same Kane of 15/16 though.
Everyone knows he will miss at least three months a year now.
Since the 16/17 season to now (still not fit) he has missed 46 games.
So in 3.5 seasons he missed an entire season plus 8 games.
We won’t be getting 200M and while I don’t see him running down his contract do you really want a situation where we are selling Kane 60M?
It’s literally make or break. I fear it’s too late already, and sorry but this is entirely on Kane himself and the last manager.
People will look to Ajax as their best memory
in decades and an amazing feat, yet claim we didn’t have a squad that could work without Kane and he had to play the final.
He could go and get 400k a week at Juve, and win stuff, and be a key player absolutely, I just don’t think the club will sell him though.
He’s almost like a hostage through emotional ties, but what he needs to do is forget this season, forget the Euros, get fit and be that player from the Chelsea 5-3 again.
People said he had matured and evolved and was a better player under Poch.
Naaah, he was a hold up man and opportunist playing every game with self preservation at the back of his mind. Even his celebration became safe.
As I said, he’s missed 46 games in 3.5 seasons and Chelsea signed Torres about 15 years agoChelsea paid £50m for a blatantly broken and finished Torres
Kane could quite comfortably break the world transfer record this summer IMO, just off his name alone.
He gets injured predominantly in premier league games during tackles (this season's hammy side) Which, unless he's up against Sergio Ramos, he'll be fine in Spain.
And when did you guys make that decision? We have to admit if he has a good euro tourney he will be sold.
It has been bantered around the boardroom. £68m is acceptableAnd when did you guys make that decision?
That's 0.8 Harry Maguire, seems fair.It has been bantered around the boardroom. £68m is acceptable
We had a good laugh about that. Levy had his checkbook out and all. That's 0.8 Harry Maguire, seems fair.
Your argument hinges on whether you believe the above.Everyone knows he will miss at least three months a year now.
I dont think Kane would go for the same price he would have when he was fit for a whole season and scoring 40 goals
Like, the chance is always there. But with less than a 100 goals left to catch up to Jimmy Greaves I definitely agree that he will give it 1-2 more years.
He could go and get 400k a week at Juve, and win stuff, and be a key player absolutely, I just don’t think the club will sell him though.
The man has literally said that he wants to become our all time goalscorer. That directly equals wanting to break Jimmy's record.I don't think the Greaves record motivates him. Most strikers have only a rough idea of how many goals they've scored in a season (the total PL + pre-season + league Cup etc.).
In my view, what motivates him is winning titles, cups and securing lifetime financial security for his family.
What do you expect him to say? He could always return at 31 - 32 and pick up where he left off.The man has literally said that he wants to become our all time goalscorer. That directly equals wanting to break Jimmy's record.
No idea what you're talking about...North of £100m. Have you been playing computer games again?
£68mNo idea what you're talking about...

That's very precise.
IF he came on the market, the opening bids would start at about that. If two clubs got into a bidding war, then it would go past £100m.
All, of course, in my view.
Ok in Euros but a £ is worth about 1 Euro. He's down there at 30 ish, next to Mahrez, Lukaku, Pepe and Kepa? Quite a few donkeys in this list!
Additionally, whoever buys him has to deal with Levy!

I can not argue with this. So north of £100m I agreeThat's very precise.
