I see what you mean. Well, I always assumed he would be gone this summer (well, since a year ago, when Capello said he would leave after the Euros), so any ITK suggesting he will leave only tells me something I've suspected for a year. It's low-hanging fruit to suggest that we are looking at a Harryless future.
You mean that if it becomes apparent that the FA aren't going to Redknapp then it'll be a case of Levy cutting and running since there's no prospect of compesation from the boys in Wembley?

Harry has, I believe, one more year on his Spurscontract, so sacking him in the summer, if he doesn't go to England, may cause Levy to have to compensate him. You think he'd do that for the sake of one more year? If the CL is all it's about and teh compensation doesn't matter, then surely sacking Redknap became a necessity several matches ago?

Ah, good point about the contract. I had forgotten that, and it has only been in the past month or so that I have started considering that Harry might not go to England in the summer. The gloom-and-doomer in me is starting to suspect the FA will kick the ball farther down the road, bring Pearce to Polkraine, and then decide on a permanent manager, derailing half (? more?) of Spurs's summer.

The idea of honouring all of Harry's contract… :harryfacepalm:
