Are they waiting on replays to be done because obviously the Tottenham game will be on TV just as of what date and other teams due to replay.im sure if wolves get through the game with west brom will be a TV game. Also west ham game maybe also and some of it due to police the games

Maybe. Replays are Monday-Wednesday next week, which would give all clubs as few as eight days to arrange tickets, staffing, policing, etc.

All but three home teams are already known and only six are affected by replays, so it seems unreasonable to make all 16 wait until TV make up their minds after the replays. That's not to say that isn't what will happen though.
