Its an NFL STADIUM and that's the key message.
From the very start during the design phase we have had NFL in mind.
The anchor tenant is Tottenham Hotspur but this is designed to be a permanent home for the NFL outside the United States.

I've only seen this quote on the forum so can I just ask where and why this statement was made? I think when it comes to marketing context can be really important as can taking comments in isolation, so are you able to link to the full article or discussion please?

Like I keep saying Mandy, context is everthing.
It doesn't mean the possible cosequences of the likely landing of a permanent franchise in Tottenham is not open to scrutiny.
But yes , I'll see if I can find the link for you in due course.

Btw. Nice looking Springer.

I've posted your request in the Levy / ENIC thread.

It's clear and obvious this thread is just a publicity stunt to massage the authors battered ego

And when you put up a poll it was what?

60 people have now participated and there's been 7 pages of discussion.

You are literally man-child. I tried countless times to get back on topic and you shit it.

You have resorted to mimicking me.

The context was he was at a presser for the stadium specifically targeted at the American market and the NFL.

The people he was talking to were mainly reporters during a panel where NFL UK's Vice President was also there.

John, bless his heart, has no idea why, during a panel with the NFL, he'd market how the NFL could use our stadium.

He's never been bright.

Funnily enough, during a similar event aimed at commercial partners in the U.K, he marketed the Football and Rugby uses too.

Guess what he did when he was talking to possible commercial music partners?

Wow. My dick's bigger than yours again.

Just cant help yourself can you mate?

7 pages of people ridiculing you and your funny poll, more like

:harrylol:
Course it is, mate. That's why you've literally just been asked by Mandy to provide context to DISCUSSION in this thread.

Maybe they'll still ridicule me in 5 years, like when you said a stadium wasn't being built. You buffoon.

As has been said by many, there has never been anyone more wrong on this forum than you.

5 years later and you still get slaughtered, Gummo.

You're a grown man who doesn't understand marketing ffs.

Spursdem, as he realises the quotes I put up which he ridiculed as bullshit, were, in fact, genuine after all

I tell you what, straight up lying is a new one for you. Bottom of the barrel came quick.

Please provide my quote where I said the quote wasn't genuine?

If you don't, you prove yourself to be a liar.

FYI - It wasn't even the Head of Marketing according to your source. So you fucked yourself.

EDIT - I'm waiting John, you lying cunt.
I present the below. Told ya what we've been up against. Pure delusion.
And below was the quote in question

Its an NFL stadium, and that's the key message.

I remember a little while back someone warning me that when your'e a bruised and beaten man, you start with a new approach of private messaging.
Can't remember who it was, but I shrugged it off because I thought you above that.

Well, you've proved them right and me wrong.
A sad day in our relationship.

The quote you have put up is ME calling YOU delusional for thinking the stadium is just as much an American Football stadium as Football.

Now, post a quote where I said ''The Head of Marketing'' quotes were not genuine.

Then inbox message is telling you not to lie about me. We have PM'd previously on that very thread you pillock. The fact you need to showcase me telling you not to lie about me shows what a slimy cunt you really are.

Now, provide the quote where I said the quote wasn't genuine.

I'll turn this into a war if you carry on. Fair warning.

But I don't mind going to war. Whatever that might be?
You said the quote was pure delusion.
If I've wrongly interpreted delusion as bullshit, I apologise. But to me, it seemed you were saying the quotes were made up fantasy by myself.
Read through it. Post 111
But again, if I've wrongly interpreted it, I'm big enough to say sorry.

That's fine. I apologise for my aggressiveness.

Tottenham lining up stunning bid to host 2026 SUPER BOWL in £1bn stadium in first-ever NFL showpiece on foreign soil

TOTTENHAM are reportedly preparing a stunning bid to host the 2026 Super Bowl at their new £1billion stadium.
It would be the first time ever the NFL showpiece is staged on foreign soil.

As first revealed by SunSport back in 2019, the North Londoners are lining up their offer should the grand finale be taken overseas.

Spurs already have a ten-year contract in place to stage two matches per season at their new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

However, as reported by the Daily Mail, they may face hurdles hosting the 2026 Super Bowl due to the time difference.

It would need to be a very late kick-off in London to hit the prime US viewing slot, with more than 100million usually watching the biggest event of the year.

That could cause problems with Haringey Council - but an earlier time may put off advertisers if viewing figures will drop.

Therefore Sydney could be a more suitable option - with an afternoon start Down Under meaning an evening slot in the USA.

Hosting the Super Bowl is said to generate £300m for the city according to the NFL - although that does not factor in the high costs of staging such a huge event.

It could also provide a major boost in Tottenham's search to find a naming-rights holder for the stadium.

Chairman Daniel Levy has had plenty of offers but is said to be holding out for a deal worth £400m offer across 20 years.

The American football league chooses the venue for the match after an Olympic-style bidding process, based on meeting various criteria rather than a financial offer.

This Sunday's showdown between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals is taking place at the SoFi Stadium in California.

The subsequent Super Bowls will be in Arizona, Las Vegas and then New Orleans with one more in the USA before the possible overseas venture.

Spurs will stage another two matches this coming autumn while the Jacksonville Jaguars have one 'home' match at Wembley.

Germany are going to start hosting one fixture per season from 2022, alternating between Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena and Frankfurt.

And there will also be one match played in Mexico next season, too.
