Got it. Well, it would be great if we could have Davies starting this one, but I doubt it. It will be interesting to see what Mourinho's plan to stop City is. I don't have high hopes for this game.
Neutralise their width, restrict Walker, stay compact, fight it out in the centre, defend how we did today.

Blitzkrieg on turnovers.

If we can't convert our chances, hope for a draw, having accomplished the majority of the above.

Would be amazing if we could start ndombele and lo celso for once in this game. They are pap defensively so we need to attack them. If we sit back and give it away like we did for much of the 2nd half today then will dominate us. Cant play winks or dier.

We should try to replicate Manure's tactics in their last game against them. We should have the players to achieve this. But we just can't afford to be as wasteful as we were today.

Doesn't matter who we play if we can't convert tbh.

Will always be a struggle to win games.

We'll get dominated in the midfield and get tonked as a result. Our forwards are too wasteful to convert the chances that we will have, which won't be many.

They are gonna pump us because of our lack of midfield among other issues like lack of being clinical up top.

We really need a DM to be brought in, forget the striker for now, that's a secondary concern, a solid DM is what we should be looking at.
