Was that article written in mid April? We're still lacking consistency and mental toughness. The end of the season was pure Spursy. Much stil to do and the horrowshow finale will impact on the first month of the next one. Having said all that, I think we're all very happy with Poch and the overall season on season progress under him. But it will only be different when we have actually achieved something great.

What's actually Spursy is thinking that any team coming third in the most competitive league in the world, without having consistency and mental toughness!!!

There's clearly room for improvement, which is a wonderful thing. Poch was very angry with how the season finished - as were many of the players - and I like that. If we simply want to be happy clappers celebrating small successes then fine. I'd rather see real ambition, fight and a clear desire to make this club genuinely successful.

I kinda knew, we agreed. Just playing devil's advocate :levystare: Yeah, room for improvement and the end of the season showed this. But it showed, we don't - yet hopefully - have enough consistency, mental toughness and, imho much more importantly, maturity to compete for top honours. Not having enough, is a far cry from not having had it for the majority of the season. Was my point.
