Our transfer malaise set in around the time we lost Edwards. It now seems back on track, hopefully mostly due to Ange having final say and having 20/20 regarding his needs and character/characteristics.

Agree, but it felt quite anarchic, hope he’s still around to contribute. Should have said last couple of years has started to rebuild what we had previously during Edwards time.

Does seem like we may actually have too many cooks now, weirdly.

I'm interested to see how it all works out, with the extra staff that we got, the recruitment should be even better than when Paratici was DOF.
 
Our recruitment drive over the last 2 years has arguably been the best in the league, only the weird fans who for some reason just love to be negative will disagree with that.
