Son, Toby and Trippier are 3 solid hits .. one is arguably one of our best ever signings, one was arguably the best CB in the league for a couple of seasons, and Trippier was and is miles ahead of guys like Aurier, Emerson or Doherty. A proper right back.

Lot of shit in that list though. But a lot of punts which says something about the transfer budget/wages which were on offer then, nowadays we seem to be able to cast our net a bit wider and it's not like the hit rates gone up...
