The question is when will we start working on the extension to add another 20k seats to our new unfinished stadium.

I presume that is a joke, so lets be realistic. Our attendances at Wembley have been amazing, as will be our first year at the new stadium. In reality our future attendances will rely upon our results. Unfortunately we haven't the same fan base as Man Ure, Liverpool, and that lot up the road. As long as we are winning games and look a decent prospect we will fill our new stadium without a problem, however without the quality of football we are playing at present this will not happen. Another 5 years or so of what we are doing then we can assure ourselves of these types of attendances on a regular basis. The club has moved in the right direction and we all hope this will continue, but please don't hold your breath !

Flawless execution. 60k wont be enough for us

The sochi olympic area is now derelict and sochi is a place where the Ruski rich actually go to and care about, can you imagine what will happen to the facilities for this world cup? They will crumble in a week. I bet every stadium cost a billion a piece as well. They "spent" 25 billion for the sochi olympics now they are "spending" 23 billion £, on 10 stadiums. Anyway , wrong thread and some might think that image has something to do with spurs when it doesn;t

That is an actual stadium that the Ruskis are building. It was an old stadium on top of which they've put temporary scaffolding which holds the seats and roof and everything else, possibly the worst stadium redevelopment in history, second to the london olympic.

do wish the official photos gave details of the work we can see if the photos, like where they are digging down by the side of the south stand
also are the stairs going to be parallel like Wembley & London stadium or will they open out the closer they get to the exit stairwells like PSG stadium, just allows more people to use the stairs

Man Ure and Liverpool undoubtedly have bigger fan bases but as for that lot up the road the thing they have on us is that they upgraded to a 60K plus stadium 10 years ahead of us.
