Im sure it was around 10 mil for a complete revamp and upgrade to the local train stations.. northumberland HAS to have a HUGE upgrade its a joke at the moment, they can add 20k capacity and expect the stations to handle that.

I've been to the emirates in the cheap seats. Don't ask. It was a corporate and I did a shit without flushing.

We tried to redevelop the East Stand a while ago, I don't think it got planning permission.

Tied in for two years mate. But I do love it. It's perfect for us.

Here's a thing, and its true you Ashes loser. My landlord is Gollum.
Good places to set up alcohol stills too!! You can enjoy one when we are winning the Ashes back this summer in real summer heat!!

Alright lets get more ambitious... Dortmund's South Stand houses 25,000. If we converted either the Paxton (10,086) or the Shelf (10,691) Then we could have an extra 15,000, though if we converted the Shelf we could have the largest single tier stand in Europe because of it been along the side of the pitch as opposed to the end. We could potentially have a 30,000 seater stand on the Shelf which would have the potential to roar (quite the opposite from West Stand opposite) If we increased WHL by 20,000 we'd be at the 56,240 mark and I would assume the conversion of the Shelf would cost less than £400 million+

Although it will cost less, I don't think it is a viable option as it will require demolition of the school/other buildings opposite, so they can build a new road and a large public space which will accommodate 30,000 spectators for one stand, plus anyone else who is walking through to get to Paxton/Park Lane. We will also have to carry on through with our plans to improve the transport links and the expansion of White Hart Lane train station. It's a lot of cost for one stand

Plus it will look really strange
