I do think it’s an insult to our history and tradition to have crap colours, shades, lines, piss steaks, naff patterns splashed all over what should be a pure white shirt.

:pochsulk:

Crap colours, shades, lines, piss steaks, naff patterns ARE our tradition.

I just had a look at the shirt history of some other white kit-wearing teams (Derby, Leeds, Fulham) and they’ve all suffered from gross detailing and garish sponsor logos. Just a sign of the times sadly, they have to keep changing it so they can keep selling shirts!

Also, I don’t care what anyone says I still love the yellow “bird shit” shirt and the purple Holsten one! (I actually quite like the blue shirt with the “Spurs” watermark too....).

I actually quite like the brown kit.

TBF i have nothing against a good few of those kits, but if we're gonna go on about "insulting our tradition of white kits" then we probably need to go back to the late 70's / early 80's for our last "unadulterated" white kit.

If you want to push the "traditional" aspect even further then we were actually playing in red and then black and orange stripes pre 1900.
