They are utter, utter cunts. Chip on their shoulders because United not only have the better history but also the better hardcore support. Wankers to a man.
Success... like alcohol can go to yer head if you have it too quickly!
The years they spent in the lower divisions seems to passed some of them by...
Can't they just ENJOY the lucky windfall that has befallen them?
The best thing about OUR progress, is that whilst we are a financially rich club, we've gone about it the right way and are run well... we don't just "throw money at it" like a seedy old man in a strip club!

Man City and Chelsea are not only ruining football with their 'fast track to success' model ...they're ruining most of their supporters too!

I love seeing their stadium with thousands of empty seats on a CL night, not only does it show them for what they are, it's also got to sting the oil Barron who thought his wallet would pack out the stands. It's also made all the more amusing when it rains because their athletics stadium roof isn't big enough to cover the stands and they all wear those pathetic plastic poncho's. Plastic wankers.

Like CFC, City have a large amount of supporters "who were there when they were shit" who I have a decent amount of respect for, they are the less gobby ones
Both clubs are stuck with a large herd of mindless bandwagon hoppers who discount their past as irrelevant and their method of achieving success as normal, because they don't know anything else.
Try telling them - "you're just jealous" is the stock answer.
They're the wankers.

The thing is, in both cases (chavs and city) they try and make you believe it's a large amount of supporters who were there through the fallow years, but actually it's not as many as they make out.

Look at Chelsea's attendances when they were really shit. Fucking terrible, sometimes only in four figures. Even in the 90s when they were winning cups and on the up (and we were shit) we still had higher attendances than them. City averaged around 28,000 when they were in League 1 which is fairly decent to be fair, but their away following has not always been impressive. I can remember at the infamous 3-4 game they had something like 200-400 fans there! Midweek away cup tie but still a disgrace, United would have sold it out, we would have sold it out if it had been at City. And that was when City were in the Prem.

True - we basically used to take over most stadiums in London when we would travel Away in the 80s and 90s (all this shit about Selhurst and its amazing atmosphere, we used to fill at least one stand there, so that is all relatively new), but the way BlueScum fans go on you would think they filled Wembley every week

And Man City - christ, it isn't that long ago (1999) that they robbed Gillingham (Halsey you cunt) in the 95th minute of the 2nd Div playoffs, and won on pens - that and getting a freebie athletics stadium built in a prime location for them was the worst form of financial doping (and clearly set the model the porn barons were hoping to emulate)

TBH, might be wrong, but I suspect if KW was off, this would have been done - this negotiating via the press all feels like they are trying to encourage him to push for a move to them (see M'Bappe and Real), and it will be interesting to see where he is in pre-season photos, etc, when they return (next week?) - that will tell us the tale of is he off or is he staying (or does he develop a GB "injury")

I always used to hope someone would absolutely leather a football at the gypo cunts when they were doing that God awful fucking Poznan shit they used to do.

It was great fun doing the pozan back at them in 2012 at their place. A game they fucking cheated to win and Defoe needed to be an inch taller.

I've never really gave two fucks about them to be honest, but the seeds for yet another rivalry are well and truly sown, what with the FA Cup final, fighting over last CL spot a few times and both teams enjoying dominant wins over each other in the past four or five years.

Despite us having their number and deservedly so in the past two seasons, when you take a step back at what they are doing not just in Manchester but around the World, I fear a cycle of unbroken dominance from them. Sigh.

Considering their advantages over us, our record against them is extremely strong, even though they've thrashed us a few times. Beating them to the CL place that time, and finishing above them twice recently, is incredible considering how much they spend on transfer fees and wages compared to us.

I wouldn't put it past us continuing to be competitive with them.

As long as the Catalan remains they will fail miserably my money is on them to miss out next year on the top 4.

From the Daily Fail, discussing the fact that Citeh value Walker at £40 million, & our valuation of £50 million:
"An ever-inflating market has seen Southampton value Virgil van Dijk at £60m to £70m so £50m is in accordance with Walker being in the 2016-17 PFA team of the year and a regular England international."

First time I've agreed with something in that rag since I can remember.

"Regular England international"...consider that you oil rich scallies.

C***s don't like the fact they can't just flash a bit of cash and get their man. I rate Walker at 60m, can't understand us settling for 50m... 40m they are having a laugh. Pepe having a sulk because we won't roll over. F**k them.

Should have done the same as reported on Dier and refused to give a figure

with their resources, anything but a cycle of unbroken success is a massive failure. They need to churn out trophies like Utd under Ferguson, (when it was a surprise when they didnt win a game)

My guess is City's plan is along the lines of:

Yr 1: Alves > Walker
Yr 2: Walker > Alves
Yr 3: Walker > new recruit.
Yr 4: New guy > Walker

If KW buys into that then he's simply merc'in.
If he buys into that he's a cunt.
He's got rotation here.
He's pissed a being selected for 31 league games? Only made 1 sub app in the FA cup anyway and that was in the game he was pissed off at not starting in.
He's not been talked up, so much in his life as the last 2 seasons. Never played as much either.
If he goes to Man City he's a cunt.
I don't care about how long he's been here. We stuck by him through his injury problems from march 2014- may 2015 where he was out for 8 month.
Last couple of years he's been managed well by the current staff considering his groin problem he had before Pochettino, which struck again 3 month after Pochettino joined.
Injury free 15/16 & 16/17.

"We" caused those injuries, he shouldn't have played but I think it was Sherwood? that played him when he should have had been receiving treatment, cost him his place in England squad too.

All the other stuff about rotation, complaints and playing up north has all come from Citeh PR machine.

If there is truth to him going then it's down to triple the wages, nothing more nothing less.
