Just thinking ahead, winning a POTM award for League 2 might make it just that little bit easier to get Jack Roles a loan in a higher division (League 1 or Championship) for the 2nd half of the season.
As I said earlier not too many youngsters on loan get one of these, so for a youngster on his first loan to get one is going to make a manager of a higher rated club think 'maybe, just maybe...….'
Cambridge could also be a useful club to send another loanee, even if they are League 2 ….we have plenty who should be on loan and for a 19 year old League 2 is still a very useful start.

I voted for him, just because he's Spurs. As the Cambridge tweet alludes to, there's a decent chance that a number of other Spurs fans voted for him fairly blindly too.
