Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Tough luck? How about AVBs tough luck? AVB got released by Lev. Why was that? Because he was such a great guy? Or am I delusional?

Revelations from Ade about AVB lying on camera that it was fitness related for playing with the kids, Gomes saying he didn't want to buy Lloris. AVB making excuses when he was jettisoned that he didn't want to sign half of the players that he fucked around with.

It's not bias when it's backed up by players unhappy with AVB like Jan mystified why we didn't sign a left back, Dembele scratching his head why he's being played as a DM etc

Add onto that the previous he had with Chelsea and it points to willful ignorance on your part judging AVBs competence and character.
We're talking about Gomes mate, not AVB's sacking, or Ade's comments.

It is bias, because you actually said you are more inclined to believe Gomes over AVB, despite you actually having no idea which one is more trustworthy as you do not know them as people. Sure, you can make a judgement, but you are showing bias by definition.

It isn't for Jan to comment or decide if we sign a left back. We can put him in goal if we fucking want. He has a contract to play for Spurs, and he will play in the position that is best for that day as the manager sees fit. If he doesn't like it, he can put in a transfer request.

Dembele played that role for Fulham, maybe slightly more advanced, but a lot deeper than his previous club where he was a centre forward. You think that wasn't agreed with him prior? Are you that naive?

But no, you're right. Gomes' word is gospel, and AVB is a "shit manager". That's why we finished 5th under him in one of the most competitive leagues in the world. "Shit".

Send your CV to Levy, wait by the phone.

Right right. They are all liars. Lying in the press to push moves so he can, erm, stay at Spurs and collect his wages?

Have some self respect. Everyone knew (including you) he was desperate to move but lev wanted more transfer money that teams could afford.

It's common fucking Spurs knowledge.
His name is LevY. It's one extra letter. This isn't texting, spell it out.

And it's not Levy's fault if the teams wanting Gomes didn't have enough to buy him. He wasn't demanding £10m. Fucking harsh of Monaco not to sell us James Rodriguez though. I know we only offered £5m but he wanted to leave so, bit unfair really.

I don't understand what makes you so sure that you know of the inner workings of a Premier League football club, what goes on, what is said, who likes who, figures, fees, contracts, negotiations...

Gomes makes a negative parting comment - phwoar, we haven't seen that in football before have we!?

Happens all the time. Not sure what AVB has to do with it. Nor Levy.

Keep ignoring my points and just respond to me as though you are quoting someone else as usual, as your answers never align with the questions asked of you.

Lying about a conversation with a sacked manager to give the media a worthwhile story perhaps? What made these Brazilian teams who were gagging for his services suddenly lose interest in 6 months? Why is he now at Watford? Could be some creative wordplay by the media, but why did these Brazilian teams steer him a wide berth? Was that down to Levy or AVB too?

Have some self respect? Lol coming from you! There is no way Levy would have kept him a second longer than he had to, paying god knows how many thousands a week in wages. He would have let him go, not rot, if anyone would have taken him off our pay roll. He is a businessman. Why pay someone x thousand a week until the end of their contract when that person is clearly superfluous to requirements? It is the bitter tongue of an ex, trying to salvage some pride & remind the national manager he is still eager & ready for the call up in a World Cup year. Why can't you see that instead of being a cunt & questioning someone's self respect? What a complete tool

Assume you're joking? Isn't is a word, shortened and used in everyday text. Lev is neither a word nor our chairman's name.

"Isn't" is a contraction, key part of grammar in nearly every language :pochsmirk:

As you say, shortening someone's name as if to suggest you're tight muckers with him is just odd.

I've made a template, just in case anyone can do better:
http://memegenerator.net/Avb-And-Pochettino

The basic rule seems to be:

1 - Player/Manager you like says something you agree with = TRUTH

2 - Player/Manager you dont like says something you disagree with = BITTERNESS

3 - Player/Manager you like says something you dont agree with = Interpret it to fit your vision.
eg. "Dawson will be captain" Poch
This would be a good time to (a) Claim Poch is "being kind" or (b) Simply ignore the comments

4 - Player/Manager you dont like says something you agree with (or think is true at least)
e.g "AVB didnt want Lloris" Gomes
A wonderful opportunity to use the old adage "a bitter player is being bitter because he is bitter about things"
