My theory is that he is too nice, for himself and others. That's why he never really achieved the heights he coukd/should have.

All top players have strong and often self centered personalities. Kane made that joke about Son but I m convinced that he has also made the same comment directly to Son himself and with a completely different tone of voice as Son is a bit of a solo boy at time.

JJ was more the Dembele type, lacking in that obsessive trait you need to be top 10 in your position worldwide
 
We got smashed 5-1 and 5-2 in Redknapp's last season too.

Biggest hammering I remember Poch getting is the 5-1 away at Newcastle (Though there has been a few 3-0 and 4-1s) but they are very few and far between.

That doesn’t happen overnight.

I was in Latvia on a stag do, and the only consolation (apart from the alcohol, strippers and whatnot) was that the gooners got fucked that day aswell.
