Tottenham owner Joe Lewis ready to sell the club for £1billion

Lewis isn't the most trustworthy of reporters/journos.
Yep. that's from 2014 and not one quote from Levy/Enic.

Same as this one from Sept 2018, again no quotes from anybody.

Report Claims Spurs Owner Discussing Sale of Tottenham With 'Middle Eastern Businessmen'

"Telegraph Sport understands outside intermediaries have been talking with Middle Eastern businessmen about the possibility of making an offer in the region of £2bn to buy Spurs, but the club are not currently considering any proposals."

Pure speculation, I'm not saying that Enic won't sell, only that there is no evidence that they are going to sell.

Judge me but Levy seems a nice fella if you aren't making business with him. I would fancy a beer with him, despite he would probably make me pay the bill.
Peter Crouch was furious with Levy for selling him, but also said that he'd want Levy to be the chairman of his club as a fan. Which seems to say it all. He's not a conventional fan, but he's utterly single-minded in chasing his ambition of making Spurs into a continental giant, on his terms.

Not that I'm an specialist, but I can't see another club that improved as we improved, given our limited resources, since he is the Chairmen, he's pretty much the best reference between sports chairmen I've ever seen.

Some wouldn’t agree in terms of what he does in regards the playing side transfers, contracts ect but the business side of how we are run the guy is on the ball nobody is gonna take the piss......

I can understand why we didn’t sign any player in January (we were doing fine, weren’t we) and maybe in the summer aswell, but if we’re not spending a considerable amount this summer, some people have to answer some questions. We cannot go with minimal investment endlessly, no matter how good the strategy of the club is.
