Flav and Ricky are joined by Billie T. Next live show is announced, Sunderland and Wycombe previewed, Middlesbrough skimmed through. Badly dressed Dads. Windy gives an update on the loanees and youth players. How do Spurs make you feel? January transfer window reviewed, Tom Carroll, gooner women and workplace dilemmas.

On the point about squad rotation and how it potentially effects momentum - I don't see how the team put out against Wycombe was any different to playing a reserve game with Eric Dier starting and a few other first teamers on the bench to get some match fitness.

If Ugo Ehiogu had been sat in the dugout instead of Poch you'd just think it was an unusually big crowd.

Playing a 90%+ change team doesn't effect momentum......playing half a first team and half reserves would do that
