I wanted him gone before but now I just hate him.

He’s acting like we are demanding perfection but I think we‘d be happy with being competitive, have a team we could be proud of, and see progression.

The reality is that we have regressed in almost every aspect as a team and the club in general. Royal is the only player that I think we can actually point to as having had any substantial development this season and that’s only very recent and not sure how much Conte can be attributed to that.

Nobody gives a fuck about the history of Milan when the whistle blows. It‘s all about the players, the coaching, and the tactics and what they put out was an embarrassing and gutless display. I’ve never wanted a Spurs coach fired so badly and promptly as I do right now.

Quotes about Milan are pathetic excuse making.

Milan had never beaten us in the Champions League before.

Still feel for him after the season he’s been through but it’s fucked now.

He needs to walk away and let us start again..

best thing for us and him in the long run.. He must have more money than he knows what to do with, just go and recover, retire or sit on a beach somewhere.. No-one is winning here at the moment.

You can’t compare the Poch reign with Conte’s. Poch gave us the best football we have seen at the Lane for decades. I know we didn’t win anything but we were very unfortunate at times. The wheels fell off at the end because Dembele had gone, Walker left, the Belgian barrier was beginning to age, Ali was declining and Eriksen had downed tools. Poch was certainly not perfect but the team was coming to an end and needed rebuilding like Ferguson was financially backed to do at United. Poch also seems to love Spurs.
Conte on the other hand has made baffling decision after decision that you wouldn’t expect from a novice let alone an elite manager. The football overall has been eye bleedingly boring. Certainly doesn’t seem like a Spurs man either

Mostly agree, but not on the best football for decades bit. Our best performances under Redknapp were probably better than under Poch in terms of team cohesion and attractive football - with significantly worse players (in general).

Worth summarising that when Redknapp took over we were bottom of the table. He took us to two 4th place finishes, a 5th place and a cup final loss on pens. We only started to collapse when he was being linked with (and failing to deny) the England manager job.

Hes lost the players and the fans .the season is over and the fucking clocks havnt changed yet..
Hes going through the motions and even the idea of him signing a new contract is out there with the fairies.

He should have fallen on his sword immediately after the game last night and said im off?.
As crazy as it is, we are still in with a chance of getting a CL spot, so the season isn't quite over. Furthermore all we would do is either get in Mason as caretaker, that would probably go well for a few matches before people get pissed off the result. Or we rush Poch into the job to appease the fans and again after the initial euphoria, things revert back to type and people start calling for his head.

Turns out he's completely out of touch with the modern game and looks like a clueless dinosaur compared to other PL managers like Frank, Arteta, Ten Hag, De Zerbi and others.

The season is over.. its about winning trophies not a fucking bank balance qualifying for something we wont win next season.. rewarded for being also rans dont cut it anymore.

He’s full of shite, Milan haven’t beaten an away English side in 19 years. And they still didn’t beat us last night. They are shit. We are just worse.

There is no point in sacking him now, wait until the summer, review the situation, then appoint a new manager if it's decided he should leave.
That risks top four, which is the only thing worth fighting for this season. We still have to play United, Liverpool and Newcastle in our 13 games, as well as Brighton, Brentford and lots of teams in the bottom five. That will be fighting to either catch us or save themselves from the drop.

This team has very little fight in it and no creativity against those not wanting to lose. With 39 points to play for, how many are you confident of in those matches? I'm not even sure we will get three points on Saturday...

Of course it is but any new guy coming in will be expected to still compete for that spot, not just throw their hands up and say the season is over.

People have short memories.

Conte
Why do we keep playing Son when he is out of form?
Why does he persist with 3-5-3 when it is not working?
Calling out the club for not investing
Why is he refusing to play our backup strikers Richy and Danjuma?

Poch
Why do we keep playing Eriksen when he is out of form?
Why does he persist with 4-2-3-1 when it is not working?
Calling out the club for not investing
Why is he refusing to play our backup strikers Llorente and Jannsen?

Unsure what point you're trying to make here?

Ryan Mason, Poch would get top 4?

Who knows. Mason probably not, Poch maybe not. BUT getting the new guy in this season at least gives the chance to evaluate and work with the squad ahead of a summer window and not waste the early part of the new season experimenting.

Conte is NOT staying beyond June, that's evidently clear. Keeping Conte just risks money and progress for next season.

If Poch is to be the next manager now, the players might just buck up their ideas for fear of their positions next season.

But then maybe not, they are hardly fighting for their places as it is. 😂

Dont you get it..the season is over..finshed,ended, kaput,finito,..the vast majority of support now accept it after the debacle of the last week....the idea of bringing someone in now is to ready the club and build in regard for next season instead of going through the motions and wasting months going backwards .
