The bit about flies and boys who kill them for sport is a quote from King Lear, saying the gods (or fate) fuck with us for a laugh, we're helpless in other words.

As flies to wanton boys are we to the gods. They kill us for their sport
(King Lear, Act 4, Scene 1)

The bit about science and cells and becoming eternal sounds like he's been reading Yuval Noah Harari's Sapiens and Homo Deus, where he says that nanotechnology and so on will make us not eternal, but amortal - if a train hits you or you jump off a tall building you'll be toast just as you are today but barring accident the super-rich at least will live for periods undreamt of today. They're both cracking books

As for the rest, fuck knows, stream-of-consciousness beatnik poetry probably. I loved it, loved his crazy Allen GInsberg-esque appearance too.

Atalanta isn’t an easy team (Gasperini coach): in a group it is better to have 2 weak teams and 1 very strong so the round is outlined immediately.

Gruppo B: Bayern Monaco (Ger), Tottenham (Ing), Olympiacos (Gre), Stella Rossa (Ser)

Here it is: you are two strong teams and two mattress teams. You had a great group.

Gruppo D: JUVENTUS, Atletico Madrid (Spa), Bayer Leverkusen (Ger), Lokomotiv Mosca (Rus)

Group D has the third wheel of Bayer Leverkusen

Gruppo C: Manchester City (Ing), Shakhtar Donetsk (Ucr), Dinamo Zagabria (Cro), ATALANTA

In Group C I see good City and Atalanta.

Group G is a joke.
