The Spirit of 1882
Pitch glistening, mood set, the Yid army converse,
Vocally fighting the sit down, be silent curse,
Opposition’s chorus rife, hailing from Greece,

Jealous ears listen on, at the Woolwich soulless bowl,
Park Lane and Shelf side reunite, concocting a cauldron of noise,
Spurred on with their backing, the team display poise,
Goosebumps stiffen, hairs tingle as we erupt into voice,
We are Tottenham Hotspur, there was only one choice,
Serenading our leader, directing from the sideline,
Growing in stature, with support of yours and mine,
A tuneful performance of wit, gusto and guile,
Vocal jibes sent, to blue vitriolic, West London bile,
David Baddiel’s Tottenham Yid slur, comedic highlight of career,
We’ll sing what we want, and here’s that word you so fear,
Floating out of the stadium throat gravelly, hoarse and raw,
Contended that heart sung out, with the Tottenham hardcore,
Singing and passion for the Spurs, is nothing new,
But without verbal support, the team can’t smile without you,
This deafening heartfelt atmosphere, it has to stay true,
White Hart Lane resurgent, due to the work of 1882,
A philosophy of passion, to stoke and ignite,

We’ll sing what we want but just not as much as we did in the past! I’ve noticed since all that crap we don’t sing yid army no where near as much. Netting next then eventually silent stadiums! The pc brigade always wins out in this country
