Every season, I am quite sure.
I read an article about Darren Baldwin who said it's stripped (taking 3 days) at then end of the season and is playable after 10 weeks. They use, as do others, ultra violet light rigs to grow in adverse growth conditions. We use a Desso GrassMaster hybrid pitch, as do Liverpool, Arse and a few other EPL clubs.
 
DeeGee is right. I have been lucky enough to referee a lot of the Corporate games at the end of each season over the last few years. They cram as many in as they can before the contractors come in to rip it up. The joke is, it is still better than any other pitch I will have refereed on all season.
