You've just reminded me how ridiculous the Scum's form was at the end of last season

Last year was our highest points total and we're only one behind?!

Considering how shit we've played regularly that's unbelievable
It seems though that this year, more than any in recent memory, the top 5 or 6 teams have pretty much beaten all the lower half teams but have dropped their points mostly against each other. It's just that we had two shitty home results against west ham and Newcastle which have thrown us towards the bottom of the pile. Add those 6 points to our total, or even 2 points If they were both draws, and the season looks very different.

No idea what these lines are but all I have to say is..

MANCHESTER CITY.. WE'RE COMING FOR YOU!

Man City!

We will scatter your players and drive them before us, see your stadium reduced to ashes, see your fans shrouded in tears, and gather to our bosom your wives and daughters.

:gazza:

How can we be doing better if we have less points than this time last year and are two places further down?

Its all relative to what you compare it against. Yes we have fewer points and are lower in the table but we're in the title race (LOL) which is something we couldn't say this time last year...

Obviously though this season has been shit and we're not doing better than last year at all.

As the Line cannot change based upon Spurs' result tomorrow.....

Unfortunately after the Liverpool result, the highest we can get in 2nd, while we could get 74 points, Liverpool and Chelsea have to play each other, if they draw Liverpool go on 75, Chelsea win = Chelsea 75 pts and if if Liverpool win, well you get the picture...... 3rd though, fucking 'av it!
