£26m was the headline figure but many have suggested it was £13m plus add-ons. I can't imagine that too many performance-related figures have been hit, so would selling at £13m be a loss at all?

I've seen this several places too, but "Spurs sell 26 million flop" is a much better headline for the rags.
It's all speculation really. Would the 13m we get back be subject to add ons and performance measures? Who knows.
