Already buzzing for next seasons away trips - have absolutely no time for cretins who didn't want us to qualify for this - but that's another debate in itself. Shame West Ham sneaked in through the back door - they'll 100% draw all the good trips.

Anyone got any stand out trips they wanna do? If Dortmund win the German Cup next week, they'll be in it and would love to draw them. Preferably in the groups - so they don't knock us out.

Apparently Dortmund are already in Europa? The cup final outcome just determines whether they're in the Group Stage or 3QR.
 
Glad we don't have to go through the qualifiers, grateful for small mercies. If we're in it, think we should go all out to win it, and stuff the detractors - a trophy's a trophy, after all. Think its only in this country the Europa League is considered a poisoned chalice - ridiculous!
 
I'm so delighted that we're in Europe again (albeit just EL).

The group stages indeed usually are a bit meh, but the knockout stages (as with any tournament) are loads of fun, imo. Plus the group stages are a great way to give a chance to our youngsters. You know ... Kane's brilliant season pretty much began in the EL, remember?

If we can't get the best of the lot, we might as well at least get the second best, right? As a certain legend once said:

“It’s magnificent to be in Europe, and this club – a club like Tottenham Hotspur – if we’re not in Europe …. we’re nothing. We’re nothing.”

With next to nothing chance of winning it .
Play academy players and get out of it fast .
If your mad to get excited about it and waste hard earned money ,enjoy the trips to empty crap stadiums in former Soviet hellholes .
The piss poor tv audiences show you nobody gives a toss .
 
We need to go for it. It's a winnable trophy if we treat it right, and it's not like we have an abundance of those!!

Further to this, I'd argue we almost have more chance of qualifying for the CL by winning this than we do by getting top 4 in the prem.

There are some good teams in the Europa, and it should be treated as the prestigious competition it absolutely is.

I had a class time out in Istanbul and Florence, worth every penny... But if you say it was a waste of my money then that must be the case. div
