So including N'jie and not including Soldado, Ade and Lennon we currently have a 24 man squad.
The following (you would think) will also not be around when the window closes:
Yedlin (loan)
Carroll
Fazio
so that's back to 21. You would also think a third choice Goalie from the youth team will be included so that's 22....
so realistically we have 3 more places free (including N'Jie).

Are you suggesting that Ade, Soldado, and Lennon will be simply sent to the reserves? I can't imagine that would happen with Soldado, though perhaps with the others. In that case, we're down to 22.

The third goalie (McGee) would not need to be registered/count against our 25, as he will be U21.
