Listening to the pod. Think you did a fair attempt at being unbiased. I would have challenged a few ideas, but that's me. I may need to write an article for you guys, although it'd probably be rubbish.
 
I have to say I'm always a little uneasy with semi socialist uprisings of supporters of a football club, I think things would potentially be a lot worse if our fans were actually involved in key decisions.

The chap from Enic Out makes some reasonable points - but he has no clue what else to suggest as an alternative.

As Thelonious said FFP has limited what a rich benefactor can do, look at what City are actually doing now - they had to cut back on their squad this summer and are instead redeveloping all of the area around their stadium. Unless I'm mistaken Enic actually put in the maximum investment into the club (£40m) through a share option last year, I'm not sure where people think they are hiding money - there are never any dividends paid out.

Interesting debates on this podcast but little sense of balance regarding Levy/ENIC.

For example, I don't understand the statement that Jol and Redknapp weren't ENIC's choices for managers.

Fair enough if people want ENIC out but there needs to be more balanced discussion.

Has Levy really done less than the Chair at Southampton? How is this assessed? I don't remember them playing Champions League.

I think Levy deserves some credit for getting our fairly desparate finances back on track.
 
Not sure how to take this weeks pod, although I always embrace you guys talking about the club in a serious nature, I felt like there were too many opinions floating about. I for one would not support the Enic out movement.
Fair play to the trust; I think some real good work is being done there but I felt like the podcast lost its way a bit today. A lot of negativity and not enough love the shirt for my liking.
 
Thought the pod was fantastic to be honest, even if I didn't agree with a chunk of what was being said. If you only ever hear the arguments you want to hear you'll never know if you're right or not.

I do, and have nothing but massive respect for the job you guys did. Tough topics, but handled better than "professional media" do (truly), but with the usual fun character mixed in.

To steal a slogan that was "Més que un podcast."

 
I'll only protest the club if Flav, Ricky, Spooky, Thelonious, Windy and Bardi all grow Marx and Engels beards first. That would be a true editorial stance.
