Match Manchester City v Tottenham Hotspur

While I agree having loads of money make things abit easier but two seasons ago, Leicester proved that determination, desire and hard work of a team can make a big difference. Even though they are certainly a one off, we are a better team (richer and having better players) than them. If they can...

    Ex-Spurs Player Fernando Llorente

For a team like us who are used to playing with only one striker, it's hard to find one that totally fit us. Llorente was a starter at Swansea which explains his decent goal scoring record. Being a sub is a different story. Same with Janssen too.

Ledley King and the art of cultured defending

THE WORD ‘LEGEND’ IS THROWN ABOUT IN MODERN FOOTBALL too frequently for some. The criteria for becoming a club legend these days seems to be to simply stick around for a prolonged period of time and maybe pick up a couple of medals along the way – but to truly merit the title requires a lot more...

    Ex-Spurs Player Fernando Llorente

While he scored 15 goals, how many did he score coming off the bench? There is a big difference between scoring when starting and scoring off the bench. When a player doesn't play as often, he won't be as sharp.

    Ex-Spurs Player Fernando Llorente

I thought we were linked with him when he was still at Bilbao? Anyway, seems like a panic buy to me.

Match The mighty Spurs Vs Manu K.O: 16:30 Sunday 14th May

The 1st 2 games of today ended 4-0. Hopefully we can do the same.

    Manager Mauricio Pochettino

Mauricio Pochettino: the Espanyol diaries Mauricio Pochettino looked as bemused as anyone. “I don’t know how we did it,” he said. “Espanyol were bottom and Barcelona were top, and all the people were saying Espanyol were dead and had no chance. It was a special victory.” The Argentine coach...

    Manager Mauricio Pochettino

While Son only cause us a pk and was not at fault for the other goals, he was simply ineffective at lwb and took away his attacking prowess. He could have made more of an impact as a sub than N'Koudou. Imo, a team doesn't need all their best or in form attacking players to start. We have...

    Manager Mauricio Pochettino

Why not 4-2-3-1? Vertonghen can play on the left and then either Dier/Wimmer takes his position in the centre.

    Manager Mauricio Pochettino

If there is one lesson that Poch could learn from yesterday defeat, it's to play your players in their best position, even if it means benching one of your in-form player. We could have brought on Son as an impact sub instead of N'Koudou.

    Transfers Romelu Lukaku

Unless we are going to play with 2 strikers most of the time, there is no point in signing him. And he is not going to cost 20m or so. I could see him going for around 50-60m.

    Ex-Spurs Player Dele

Should at least be given a week or 2 wages fine for letting the team down because of his silly red card. That tackle was really awful too.

Match Europa League vs Gent (20.05KO)

Delle Alli should be punished with a fine or something with his reckless red card.

Match Europa League vs Gent (20.05KO)

Poch will have the job for life if we can win this by 2 goals.

Match Europa League vs Gent (20.05KO)

I'm not too sure about starting Janssen in a must win game. He is probably already very nervous about his scoring drought, putting more pressure on him wouldn't help him. Kane to start. If we can get maybe another 3 goals lead, sub Janssen on for Kane.

    Match Gent v Tottenham

Go with the strongest XI here. Maybe 1 or 2 changes at most. Rotate half of the team against Fulham then depending on the 1st leg result to decide the XI in the 2nd leg.

    Match Man Utd (A) - 11 DEC

We need Fellaini to be on in the 2nd half. He will be a game changer for us.

    Match Man Utd (A) - 11 DEC

I wonder if Man Utd is generous enough to give us a get out of jail card too.
