Without getting onto a completely different debate (I wasn't trying to make a point about Sandro, just wanted to show hot much of a beast AD is) - I do think that the appropriate amount of steroids would be good for the recover of injuries. We have the technology to regulate it - and that means the top athletes spend more time on the pitches/fields/courts than in the physio room.

Yeah I completely agree. These guys are paid millions by clubs and fans pay huge money for tickets, everyone involved wants to see the best players play as much as possible. If there is a way to speed up injury recovery, I am totally for it.
