There was a lot of hype around Andros Townsend following early season performances and his glorious England caps. With Sherwood an advocate of young, homegrown talent and Lennon's poor season, what has halted Andros' rise to first team stardom?

Could next year be our "Noah's ark" moment? We've all heard (or not) how nonexistent the atmosphere at White Hart Lane has become, and you could probably see that lining up with us not matching increasingly higher expectations. If next season really does go down hill as you mentioned it could in the last pod, do you think that another horror season could drive away the people who were there only for the victory and expectations of CL football?

Interesting question Raitei Raitei . I watched Barcelona v Ath. Bilbao tonight and the Nou Camp was only 60% full (yet they've just secured permission to increase the capacity by an extra 10,000?). Scary...

If we get Chicharito we'll be getting a moderately decent player (albeit out of form) that could make a minor impact on the squad. He absolutely will draw a VERY large contingent of Mexican's into watching Spurs and his marketability will be huge. Whereas it's not necessarily a move that will net us more wins, it will garner more fans and more revenue in the long run. With the future of the club in mind, and not just a season or two, do you find moves like this to be favorable?
